-This is a mako item that can be purchased for 75 [[mako]] in the [[Mako Shop]]. It entitles the buyer to [[Setting Up Land|set up]] one private area, with one room. The room's description, location, entrance, smell, and use is up to the buyer, and can be enhanced with [[String Parsing]], though certain things will cost extra mako, such as [[door kit|locking]] the room or selling items. A private area, unlike a [[private room]], is permanent (assuming it was made with a land deed), and does not cost [[mako battery]]. Once completed, a room's description cannot be changed without first buying a home renovation kit.
