Costs 0 Mako to dedicate yourself in [Library]: Ward 1, but does require a quest, first.
Powers
Grants the ability to 'recurse' a form for 5 mako, binding a Total badge (such as Total Female Husky, Total Blue Gryphon, etcetera) to you. You can then 'recurse female husky' or 'recurse blue gryphon' to change to that form for 15% battery charge.
