Nanite Grenade
In-Game Desc	An EMP based grenade that instead of sending out an interference signal, sends a programming pulse to nanites. Feed it a normal vial and it will give everyone in the current room a single infection. Feed it a boss vial, and it will infect them completely with that infection (no badge will be given, however).
