Rubber Balls

Torso:

Rubber Balls: A common and very weak monster, found roaming the City. Often accompanies canine monsters, generally not voluntarily.

Includes only a Torso mutation. Weirdly, it gives you both Rubber Bounce and Rubbery Hide.
