Appearance
Elaine Scott is the quartermaster of this camp, responsible for the regular and... more unusual supplies the soldiers need. She's an attractive woman in her thirties, about 4'9' or so in height, with short-cut black hair.
Notes
The player may speak with Major Padgett to allow female soldiers to breed with Tiny Tim. She will give birth to Adam if this happens.
