The extremely angry Feesh, or ><> as it's more commonly known, lives deep in the Underwater Tunnels. Beware its Biting Wit, its Zing, its Scathing Diatribe, and most of all, its Hate of All--none of which any agent of Zephyr, RSX, or Prometheus can hope to use. Sooner or later, every agent will be subject to its scorn.
