Those that dedicate to this strange new power gain the powers of [[Collective Rage]] and [[Lunar Frenzy]]. More importantly, they become especially in tune with a specific bloodline of their choosing, gaining the ability to shift to them freely as if they were an adept.

Find a quiet corner in the Convention Center. There, you can dedicate as a Lunar Touched for 30 Mako. You get one bloodline when you dedicate, and can get more for 5 Mako each.
