Shock Collar
In-Game Desc A simple collar with a radio receiver and small electrodes designed to apply a mild electric shock to the wearer. A remote must be owned by the person attempting to shock a person owning this item. (To use, type 'remote shock collar' and then choose a player with the collar. Follow guided instructions from there.)
Cost 10

The collar does not need to be worn (and indeed cannot be worn), it just needs to be in your inventory. It can be activated and deactivated to prevent triggering using use <num> where num is the inventory number of the shock collar.

In order to be activated, the shock collar requires the wearer to set a trust level of trust.TRANSFORM or above with the person triggering the remote. Edit notes
